SEO Studio Tools is published and operated by Thinkly for Digital Business, a small digital business based in Egypt. One team builds the tools, writes the copy, runs the daily data collection and answers the email. There is no larger company behind it and no outside editorial input.

What the site is for
The site exists to answer one question well: what are YouTube creators in your country actually doing right now? Every day we collect the videos trending on YouTube in eight countries, read the tags, hashtags and titles off them, and publish the result as the YouTube Trending Tags Index. The tools sit on top of that index, so when a tool suggests a tag it can also tell you how many trending videos are really using it.
A long tail of general-purpose web utilities — converters, calculators, formatters — is still here and still free, but it is not what the site is about any more. Those pages are kept because people use them, not because we think they are the reason to visit.
Editorial policy
Every tool is tested by hand against real YouTube URLs before it goes live, and again whenever its code changes: a video with tags, a video without tags, a Shorts link, a channel handle, and a deliberately broken input to check the error message is honest. Data pages refresh themselves once a day and print the exact timestamp of the fetch they are showing, so you never have to trust a "last updated" badge that means nothing. Every change we make to a tool or to the data is written up with a date on the changelog, and any "last changed" date shown on a tool page is read from that log rather than generated. If you find a wrong number or a broken tool, email [email protected] or use the report form — we will check it against the raw data, fix it, and record the fix on the changelog.
How the numbers are produced
All YouTube data comes from the official YouTube Data API v3. Nothing is scraped from search results and nothing is bought from a keyword vendor. Where a number is an estimate rather than a measurement — the money calculator is the clearest case — the page says so and shows you the assumption it is built on. The site is free to use and carries advertising. We do not sell data, we do not require an account to use any tool, and no tool is gated behind a sign-up.
